Yes! You can upgrade to WHOOP 5.0 or MG by either extending your membership, or paying a one time upgrade free. You can choose to stay on WHOOP Peak, or you can move to WHOOP Life.

Both options will show up in the app or on the website before you confirm.

Hello, if I just wait until my annual membership fee is due in September and simply renew my annual membership at that time, can I upgrade to 5.0 at that time for free and not pay the $49 upgrade fee?

Thank you for the question and interest. You do not need to extend membership immediately to upgrade. If you renew in September you should be able to get the 5.0 then.
