Exchange for different sensor

I ordered the Whoop Life with the black cloth band because it appeared to be the best option with my military uniform. Upon opening, I realized the sensor was extremely shiny and metallic silver. Not an idea for military duty. I asked to exchange for a matte black sensor, and they refused to exchange for “cosmetic” reasons. Would someone help me find the best way to get them to agree to an exchange? Thanks

Just order a different band.

Thank you for the recommendation, I currently have a flat black band. The sensor and clasp are extremely shiny chrome. Without painting or some bulky cover I would not be able to wear it. Painting could affect the sensor, hardware, and warranty.

As a hero whose superpower is money, are you willing to fund my purchase of flat black sensor. LOL
