Hi Can I pay for a month instead of a year ?

At the moment, WHOOP only offers annual memberships to new members when they sign up—monthly billing isn’t an option for new sign-ups. That said, if you’re already on a month-to-month plan, you’re good to keep it. For current members with an annual plan, switching to monthly billing is only available at the time of renewal, once the initial 12-month commitment is complete.
