How can i reactive my account!

Hi i have change my whoop from 4.0 to 5.0 peak

And i buy new yearly subscription but not work with my 5.0 peak!

  1. First, make sure you used the same email to buy the Peak 12-month membership that you use with your WHOOP 4.0.
  2. Once that’s confirmed, log into your WHOOP account in the app or at app.whoop.com.
  3. Head to the Membership section to double-check your membership status and tier.
  4. Also, make sure your WHOOP 5.0 Peak is paired and showing as active in the app.
