Weekly Plans help you set goals, stay accountable, and track progress in a way that actually fits your life. Whether you’re focused on recovery, building fitness, or getting better sleep, your plan adapts to you — keeping things personalized, motivating, and dialed-in.
Once you’ve logged 7 recoveries, you will unlock Weekly Plans.
To dive in, head to your homepage and scroll down to “My Plan."
- Tap “Explore Plans”
- Pick a preset plan or build your own
- Review or tweak your weekly goals—metrics, behaviors, or activities
- Tap “Start Plan” and you’re off
