Hello, if you are currently on a monthly plan, you should be able to upgrade to Life with the upgrade fee and remain on a monthly plan at the new monthly price.
You should be able to do so on the app or the website. Let us know if you have any more difficulty.
ok thanks and what can i do with my old 4.0 device if i have nobody to gift it to?
