I want to get the 5.0 and send back the trial 4.0. I have only had it for 13 days so have time to send it back. I want to get the 5.0 on the same account so I don’t lose the data. It’s unclear how I then do this.

- You’ll need to purchase a 12-month membership extension—one-time upgrade fees aren’t available during the trial.
- You don’t need to return your WHOOP 4.0.
- Your WHOOP 5.0 will ship once you upgrade, and you can keep using your 4.0 in the meantime.
- Feel free to pass your 4.0 to a friend or family member so they can give WHOOP a try.
Where to find the upgrade option:
In the app:
- Open the WHOOP app
- Tap More → My Account → Membership and Billing
- Select Upgrade Membership and follow the prompts
On the web:
- Go to app.whoop.com and log in
- Head to Account or Membership Settings
- Look for Upgrade Membership and follow the steps
