Issue's when Returned 4.0 Devices Trial Period

*Has anyone experienced being charged for your devices when you signed on for the 30 day Trial Period? I was immediately charged for my 2 devices $438.99 w/sh&h on the day I signed up. I decided to return the devices & followed the Policy to send the products within 7 days of printing the Return Labels to UPS, 2 weeks prior to my 30 day trial being up. I assumed a month would be plenty of time for them to process the return & refund my credit card. I’ve gotten zero notification that they even received both Whoops.

It’s ridiculous you cannot reach a human on the phone with customer service & have to send an email. I did do that today with a quick response they’ll get back to me. Looking @ some of the responses I’m not feeling confident this will get resolved.

Looking for any suggestions? Contacting my Credit Co. possibly for a charge back & start there if they don’t respond. I’ve paid for a full year unbeknownst to me, & have no Whoop products. Not a happy camper right now.

I woke up to response from Whoop stating they’ve refunded my account & deactivated it. I should see refund in 7-10 days. Service for me appears to be very good once addressing the issue. (not like some I’ve seen)
