I had a Whoopi 4.0 a year ago and then I canceled it. I now have the Whoop MG with Life subscription - but my subscription status is not updated. I’m supposed to keep buying a new subscription, even though I have a one-year Life subscription with the MG. As a result, I can’t use the band, everything is blocked. The band has been successfully paired - but the subscription has not been transferred to my account. How can this be solved?

It looks like your WHOOP Life subscription with the MG device hasn’t fully activated yet. That’s why you’re seeing limited access, even though your band is paired up correctly.
Usually, once you purchase WHOOP MG with a Life subscription, everything should update automatically and unlock full access. Since you’re still being asked to start a new subscription, something’s not syncing the way it should.
Here’s what to double-check:
Are you logged into the WHOOP app or site using the same email you used to buy the MG and Life subscription? That’s a common mix-up.
In the WHOOP app, head to More > My Account > Membership and Billing to confirm your membership status.
