Membership problemas

I just received my WHOOP 5.0 with the annual membership included, but when I try to pair the device, it shows that my membership is ‘Peak’ instead of ‘Life’. Does anyone know how I can change my membership and make sure the annual payment I already made is reflected? Thanks.

@eloyflorese If you’re looking to upgrade from Peak to Life, you can do this in the app by going to the “More” tab and then clicking on “My Account” and then “Membership & Billing”

Here’s an example of what you’ll see:

From there you can choose to upgrade to Life (you’ll need to upgrade to the new MG hardware to get Life).

You need the MG device for the Life membership. You’ll have to upgrade your device through the Whoop app.

Hi did you manage to sort this, I am having the same issue. I was told by support to reactivate my account and that to do that I would have to pay the months membership fee £39 for the Life membership. Then the year membership would automatically be added, but it hasn’t :enraged_face:
