I love my whoop. I pay monthly which is ideal for me. I cant seem to upgrade. I wanted to extend my membership amd upgrade without being charged. Is that possible? Thanks
Hello, if you are on a monthly plan now and want to remain on a monthly plan then you will need to pay the upgrade fee.
If you extend your membership for a year, then you can get the new device without an upgrade fee.
Does that mean i will have to pay the year upfront? Thanks
