My new Whoop 5.0 isn’t being detected on my wrist. I’ve tried everything that’s been suggested, but it still doesn’t recognize it and doesn’t work.

I’ve already tried each and every instruction you provided, and it still doesn’t work. Who can help me with this or send me a replacement?
