Hi. My MG died last night. No light no life. Followed the troubleshooting requirements. It had 76% battery life when I went to bed and it’s been on charge all day. I have opened up a support ticket which I’m sure they’ll get back to me at some point, but it’s been a few hours already. Has anyone else had the same issue? I repaired my 4.0 and it’s working fine but it would obviously like this fixed as soon as possible. strong text

I am facing the same problem, the MG worked fine at first and then (potentially linked to a Firmware upgrade?) died and is silent since.
You are not alone here, there is another thread with many people facing the same issue and currently no solution yet. Customer has been very slow, basically you are losing your health data and paying a premium service for nothing.

Same for me. At a minimum, we should be credited for the some of our membership we paid for this or at a minimum, refunded our upgrade fee. Horrible product launch…
