I ordered the Whoop Life with 1 year subscription and now tried to add to my account that i used a year ago and has the same e-mail as my order and it keeps saying it’s expired.
Already contacted support team but with the huge amounts of tickets they are getting and probably spam over the renewals i don’t get any response and without membership in app the device is useless =/
Anyway to fix it without wait days till the ticket is discovered in the middle of thousands incoming ones? =/
Log Out and Log Back In: Ensure you’re using the same email address tied to your previous account. Sometimes logging out and back in refreshes the status.
Reactivate Membership Online: You should log in to app.whoop.com and check your Membership section. If your account is marked as “Expired,” you may need to reactivate your subscription.
Verify Payment: Double-check if the payment for the WHOOP Life membership processed successfully. If not, you may need to retry or update the payment method.
Check for Activation Email: Look for an email from WHOOP with activation instructions. Sometimes membership activation links are sent separately.
Pair the Device: Ensure the MG device is paired correctly in the app. If the device isn’t paired, some features won’t activate.

For others facing same peoblem i had to pay a month after already pay the full subscription when order the bracelet to activate account and they just straight refund it so all sorted =)
