It makes no sense that I have to enter reps before doing a set – and can’t update it afterward. Strength training isn’t fixed; performance varies from set to set.
There’s no option to adjust anything after completing the workout. No editing of sets, no correcting reps. That means inaccurate data every time reality doesn’t match the guess I made in advance. This needs to change.

Hey @bluntedlol, Chris here, resident strength coach and sport scientist at Whoop.
The original idea behind entering reps before a set was to help drive the algorithm engine when measuring sets to know what it’s looking for to improve accuracy. You can edit the reps during the workout but yes once its done you cannot go back and edit. For users who aren’t measuring their sets in strength trainer and just logging, this is definitely a pain point that we will be working on as we revamp Strength Trainer to have more frictionless logging.
We appreciate the feedback, Keep it coming!
