The measuring blood oxygen levels

Unfortunately, my WHOOP device appears to be inaccurately measuring my blood oxygen levels. After receiving a notification from my phone warning me of low oxygen saturation — with values around 86–87% — I consulted a medical professional.

Following their advice, I purchased a high-quality pulse oximeter and have been monitoring my oxygen levels over several days. The readings from this professional-grade device consistently show values of 98–99%, which are within the normal, healthy range — unlike the significantly lower readings reported by my WHOOP device.

Could you please advise me on what steps I should take next?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Pretty sure wrist trackers are always quite inaccurate with blood oxygen. It’s a metric I tend to ignore.
