Visa won’t add – “payment method couldn’t be validated,” yet charges still appear

Hi all,

Every time I try to save my German‑issued Visa as a payment method, I get the error:

“Your payment method couldn’t be added/validated.
Go back to the previous screen and try again.”

I’ve cleared cache, switched browsers, triple‑checked billing info, and even tried three different cards from three different banks—same result. The cards work everywhere else, and yet my account is still being billed even though no card shows as saved.

Has anyone seen this or know a fix?

Hey @wesabbey, I have already opened a ticket with the support team. However, they couldn’t help me yet. And I am curious if any users are currently experiencing the same issues.
