What are the results I can receive from an ECG reading? Where can I find more details on this?

I want to know what kind of information WHOOP gives me after I take an ECG… does it just check heart rhythm, or more?

After taking an ECG reading, you’ll receive one of the following results:

  • Normal Sinus Rhythm – Your heart is beating in a steady, regular pattern.
  • Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) – An irregular heart rhythm that may require medical attention.
  • Low or High Heart Rate – Your heart rate is either below or above the normal range for an ECG reading.
  • Inconclusive – The reading couldn’t be classified. This may happen if the signal was unclear or if another condition is present that the WHOOP ECG feature can’t detect.

If you receive an AFib or abnormal heart rate result or feel symptoms, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional. Note: This is a medically regulated feature and is not currently available in every region.
