Whoop 4.0 not working as fully charged device but still not blinking blue lights and it can not connect with bluethooth
Are you sure you are using a fully charged battery when you are charging the device? Sometimes I think I’m charging my WHOOP but then realize the battery itself is dead. To check this, plug the battery pack into a power source and ensure you see a red or green LED on the battery pack. Slide it onto your WHOOP 4.0 and let it charge for at least 15 minutes.
After charging, remove the WHOOP from your wrist. Wait for the green sensor lights on the bottom to turn off. Then, hold the sensor by its sides and tap firmly and continuously on the top of the sensor. You should see the side LED pulse blue, indicating it’s ready to pair.
Also check your app and Bluetooth settings. Open the WHOOP app, go to Device Settings > Advanced > Pair a Device, and follow the prompts. Make sure Bluetooth and Location permissions are enabled on your phone.
