I got it yesterday Whoop 5.0 MG. after two hours it stopped working. Dead. Never happened with 4.0. Do you have any suggestions on what to do? Thank you.
I had mine arrived yesterday and fully charged. It stoped at 0:11 and the sensor is not turning on anymore despite I have tried everything instructed.
The support doesn’t reply yet and in the meantime I’m losing my data and paying expensive Life membership for nothing.
Same here. Received yesterday and I got a full 30 mins before it died. I have tried everything. Really disappointed as I only bought the 4.0 three months ago and purchased 3 additional bands. So that and then paying for an upgrade and yet another band… this is a bit of a joke! Still no reply from Whoop.
