Whoop membership not showing in account

I had whoop previously which I cancelled I now got a 5.0 with the yearly subscription same email account I have connected the account but the membership says expired not pulling the new membership automatically

Here are a few steps to troubleshoot if you’re membership is showing as inactive.

  1. Log out of the WHOOP app, then log back in.
  2. Confirm you’re using the email linked to your active membership.
  3. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app.

I have already Upgraded my Whoop 4.0 to Whoop Mg, My whoop 4.0 was on a monthly Plan which got expired this Morning.

Now when I am trying to Upgrade it for one month Cycle of subscription it is failing.

Any Idea why This issue is arising.
