Whoop MG Blood Pressure

I decided to buy the Whoop MG rather than extending my current contract. My contract was prorated to the Life Plan. Paid close to $100 for the MG. Spent weeks with customer service email trying to figure out why the MG does everything except measure blood pressure.

After we exhausted their efforts to fix the issue, they mailed me a new MG and I sent the other MG back to Whoop as instructed. The second Whoop MG won’t measure my blood pressure either. Yes, I have entered blood pressure reading from my own blood pressure cuff.

Since it is not working, I was told I could downgrade to Peak but will stay on the Life contract until my current membership runs out. That makes zero sense. Why pay premium pricing when a service is not provided?
The other option they gave me was to return the MG I paid for and start another contract with Peak. They makes zero sense as well. I’m not giving them $100 for nothing if they want the device back and then stick me in another contract with a Whoop 5.0 that might not work.

For the premium price they charge for Life, there should be a customer service rep that you can speak to. These weeks of emailing back and forth have wasted a lot of time and money.

Whoop downgraded me to the Peak plan and extended my membership back to what it was when I had the Whoop 4.0. Plus I was able to keep the MG since I paid for it. A relief it was taken care of.

Perhaps once blood pressure is out of beta, it may work for me.
