Yea - same. Raised ticket. Not much of a response yet
Got my 5.0’a few days ago and had nothing but problems. Disconnecting all the time and now it won’t even turn on. Tried charging it, left battery charger on it for an hour and tried again. Nothing no green light, no pairing light. 4.0 never had a problem once. I assume I just got a defunct device. No way to hard restart it because you can only do that through the app and can’t do that when the device won’t even turn on at all. I understand devices can be faulty but a number considering there is nothing I can do about it
