Why is my zone 2 not showing strain? I do 20 minutes dog walk and zero strain
Have you checked if your HR Zones are correct. Maybe they’re too high.

A few questions to help find the problem:

Is your strain just low or is it showing 0?

Is an activity detected or are you making one for the dog walk? If not, it would be interesting to go back and make a walking activity for that time. and see the exact amount of strain from the walk. If so, what was your average heart rate for the activity?

If you go to your profile in the top left corner of the app, and click on “All-Time”, what is it giving you for a maximum heart rate? Zone 2 is 60-69% of Heart rate reserve (HRR). That is your Max heart rate minus your resting heart rate (RHR). It is possible that walking isn’t getting you into that zone or your zone thresholds are off.
Let’s go in order and that should help us find the problem!
