12 month subscription

I just ordered a WHOOP device from paid for the 12month sub, and upon activation, the app prompted me to enter my card details. It’s now showing that my membership will end on July 25, 2025, and that it will renew annually for $379.

However, I thought I had already paid for a 12-month membership when I placed my order. I wasn’t expecting to be asked for payment details again, so I just wanted to confirm whether this is standard procedure and if any additional charges have already been applied to my account.

If you bought a 12-month WHOOP membership online, you shouldn’t have to enter your credit card information as your card is already on file. You should reach out to support@whoop.com.
