I gifted my whoop 4.0 to a friend of me and I also bought the upcycle, but I didn’t receive a code in my mail. How can I fix this?
Hi @Wibiki, the $50 WHOOP Shop credit for upcycling your 4.0 gets sent to your email after your friend activates the 4.0 and converts to a paid membership. If they haven’t finished setup or upgraded from the free trial, the reward won’t trigger yet. Once they’ve become a paying member, you should get the code in you email (sometimes it lands in spam). If you’ve already done all that and you still don’t have the code, I’ll reach out to WHOOP Support for help. Let me know where you are in the process! Thanks for writing in. They already finished that and I recieved nothing. But I chose option 2, Wouldn’t I get the 90$ credit.
