5.0 Battery Pack Charge Level Missing *Fixed*

Hello Community,

After receiving my 5MG I noticed in the app when you’re charging, that not only do you get the traditional waterfall charge indicator showing energy flowing from the battery to the sensor, but you also FINALLY got SOC of the battery pack as a percentage, next to the pack on the same screen… Yeah! After one of the last two firmware updates though, that battery pack SOC indicator is now gone. Is it gone for all WHOOP 5 users too?

****** UPDATE Fixed******

After turning the BT ON/OFF a few times AND sliding battery pack off and on a few times, the battery SOC suddenly reappeared!

I reported it to WHOOP in case something got broken in one of the recent updates :man_shrugging:t4:

@BigMotor Thanks for letting us know, and I’m glad to hear that the charged battery pack is visible for you now. Thanks for posting the update… it helps with troubleshooting.

I’m glad you’re bringing some visibility to this feature. It’s pretty cool to know not just how much your WHOOP is charged, but the battery pack, too.

@Durkin You’re welcome! You can’t fix what you don’t know is broken and for me, the battery SOC indicator is something I’ve wished for almost since day one.

Now get to work on that CGM so we can track insulin levels! :grinning_face:
