A member is on a team but his data not showing up in leader board?

Hi. I have a member that Whoop says is part of a team but his data not showing up on a leader board. Can anyone help?

If someone’s on your WHOOP team but isn’t showing up on the leaderboard, here are a few things to double-check:

  • Make sure they’ve officially joined the team. They’ll need to accept the invite or enter the team code.
  • Check that their data is being tracked and synced. The leaderboard only includes shared metrics like Strain, Recovery, and Sleep.
  • Try switching leaderboard views. You can toggle between daily, weekly, or monthly—sometimes the data pops up in a different view.
  • Make sure their WHOOP app is up to date and their device is connected and syncing properly.
  • Try a quick refresh. Closing and reopening the app often helps get things back on track.
