I had whoop previously which I cancelled I now got a 5.0 with the yearly subscription same email account I have connected the account but the membership says expired not pulling the new membership automatically

I probably have the same issue and AI generated whoop support mails are not helping at all

Hi please could you check mine? I am having same issue. I have purchased the MG Life yearly subscription from Healf, opened the app paired the new device and it says membership expired! really gutted as wanted to use it today for a big workout and was waiting for it to be delivered and now cant use it! thank you, Karmen
