Yes! Menstrual Cycle Insights now comes with some key upgrades. You can log and edit period or ovulation data more easily using the calendar view—right from the Journal or the MCI Overview screen. You’ll also get phase-based guidance on nutrition, training, sleep, and overall well-being if you’re naturally cycling. Insights are easier to find too—just check ‘My Day’ on the home screen or head to the Health tab. And now, there’s a cycle graph that overlays skin temp, RHR, HRV, and Recovery trends across your phases so you can actually see how your body’s shifting over time.
