Battery malfunction

My battery doesn’t charge.
Anyone meet the same problem?

Hi @osmahe, I’ve provided a couple tips below to troubleshoot this:

  • Check the charger: Plug it into a power source and ensure the LED lights up. If not, try a different USB-C cable or outlet.
  • Attach the charger properly: Slide it onto your WHOOP until it clicks. Wait 60 seconds and check if the sensor turns on.
  • Inspect the LEDs: Look for green LEDs under the sensor. If none, leave the charger on and reboot the device via the WHOOP app under Device Settings.
  • Double-tap the battery pack: If using the Wireless PowerPack, double-tap it to check for LED status.

The LED on the battery doesn’t light up. And I have tried with multiple cables and plugs.
The cables and plugs work to charge my phone!
