I have 3 batteries for my Whoop 4.0 but one of them charges the device very slowly and most of the time, will only get to 40-60% charge. It won’t charge all the way.
Anyone else experience this issue or is it likely the battery has just met it’s lifespan?

Hello! There are several ways you can troubleshoot battery issues. I would try the following…
Fully charge the WHOOP 4.0 battery pack using the provided USB-C cable until the indicator LED shows green (70-100% charged).
Slide the charged battery pack securely onto your WHOOP 4.0 sensor and check that the LED indicator confirms charging.
Charging the WHOOP 4.0 sensor fully takes about 2.5 hours.
Double-tap the battery pack to check its charge level: green means 50-100%, yellow means 20-49%, and red means less than 20%.
Make sure the charging contacts on both the sensor and battery pack are clean and free from dust or sweat.
Ensure your WHOOP 4.0 sensor is running the latest firmware by checking the WHOOP app.
If the battery pack is not charging properly, try updating its firmware.
