Boxing as a Strength Activity

Boxing is most certainly more of a “strength activity” than yoga, toddler carrying ect. You have to punch a very heavy bag hundreds of times wearing weighted gloves, involves lots of body weight activities etc but i get no credit for strength training for this and my whoop age is greatly negatively affected by it. Obviously involves a lot of cardio as well, but seems unfair considering some of the other activities that count.
