Once your order is placed, we’re not able to cancel or make changes, even if it hasn’t shipped yet. That said, you can still start a return once your order arrives. You’ll get a prepaid return label, and once we’ve received the item, we’ll issue a full refund minus shipping costs. Our standard return window is 30 days from the shipment date.
If you haven’t activated your WHOOP device and want to cancel your membership, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return label and send it back.
