I’m traveling for the next few months and I don’t want to bring my WHOOP with me. Is there an option to temporarily pause my membership instead of canceling it?
WHOOP offers eligible members the option to pause their membership instead of canceling, allowing them to retain any remaining credits for future use. To qualify, members must have an active membership, not be within a commitment period, and not have paused within the last 12 months. To pause, visit the Membership section of the web app, select “Pause Membership,” choose a duration (up to 3 months), and confirm. During the pause, billing stops, and data uploads are suspended, but members can resume at any time. Resuming within 90 days preserves existing data and avoids recalibration; after 90 days, biometric baselines reset, requiring recalibration. See here for more details, Whoop Support
