Can whoops hormonal tracker help monitor levels for women on HRT?

My partner is on HRT after a hysterectomy. There is so little out there to help monitor the levels, and using gel is such an inaccurate method, so any help there would be awesome.

Menstrual Cycle Insights (MCI) doesn’t currently track hormone replacement therapy (HRT) levels directly, but it can still be a helpful tool for monitoring how hormonal changes impact recovery, sleep, and strain. While it won’t measure hormone levels or the effectiveness of HRT, your partner could:

  • Log Symptoms: MCI allows tracking of symptoms like mood, fatigue, or energy, which can help identify patterns influenced by HRT.
  • Monitor Physiological Metrics: Metrics like resting heart rate (RHR), heart rate variability (HRV), and skin temperature can reflect how the body responds to hormonal changes over time.
  • Track Trends: Observing how recovery and sleep respond to HRT adjustments might provide indirect insights into how the body is adapting.

Direct HRT level monitoring isn’t available yet, but it sounds like the team is evolving the product rapidly…
