I’ve renewed my subscription by mistake today. How can I cancel? I am not using Whoop anymore.

If your WHOOP membership renewed by accident, you can cancel it, but here’s the scoop: if you’re still in an active commitment (like a 12- or 24-month term), immediate cancellation usually isn’t an option. That said, you can schedule your membership to end when your current term wraps up, so it won’t renew again.
Timing matters if you’re hoping for a refund. If you reach out within 3 days of renewal and return your device, there’s a good shot at a full cancellation and refund. Please reach out to support@whoop.com asap. If you’re within 30 days and haven’t uploaded any data since renewing, you’re likely eligible for a full refund too. Between 31 and 90 days, still no data uploaded? You may qualify for a prorated refund. Outside those windows or if you’ve used the strap, refunds typically aren’t approved.
