Cancellation of subscription

Hi, I had ordered the trial for my whoop which was expiring on 24th June. I tried cancelling on the 23rd of June, however, the app told me that I still had one more day of the free trial, however, my membership was converted on the 24th of June. How can I cancel my membership considering i didn’t want to convert to a full membership. Also is it possible to just have it renew for this month instead of a full year?
