I just upgraded to 5.0 and set-up of the new device went very smoothly. I did notice one change / bug (?) in the Whoop app: Committed Activities (suggested by Whoop Coach) do not show in Today’s Activities.
Prior to the upgrade, when connected with 4.0 device, I would use the Your Daily Outlook feature and Coach would suggest activities to meet optimal strain. If I selected one activity and click "Commit’, the activity would then appear in Today’s Activity with a dashed box, making it easy to start that activity when I am starting my workout. Now, after the upgrade to 5.0, I can still commit to an activity through Daily Outlook but the activity is not appearing in Today’s Activities. Hopefully this is a bug and not a function that was intentionally removed because I found it very useful. Has anyone else seen this change and/or any troubleshooting suggestions?
Hey! I helped build that flow. I love to hear you enjoy the feature
Let me check in with the team and get back to you. To my knowledge, this sounds like a bug. Thanks for the flag.
People helping people. It’s a beautiful thing. Thanks @redjack63 for leaning in and letting us know there was an issue. Like @DouglasSchon said: You saved others some headaches with that one.
Im facing the same problem right now. It’s my first week with Whoop and I committed to an exercise today according to the Whoop coach, however the activity doesn’t appear on the Home Screen.
And just on the side, if I commit, it appears on the Home Screen, my Apple Watch tracks it and feeds into Whoop, would that activity be counted as a fulfilled commitment or would it show separately because committed activities need to be started directly from Whoop to count?
