Hey guys I hope you’re all good.
I have my Whoop 5.0 life since two days and consistently problems with disconnecting the connection between my phone and the whoop…
I tried nearly every known thing to reconnect and set everything on my phone for the best “connection “ possible. But still 2-3 disconnects per day and some data that goes lost.
I have to put the whoop into the connect mode every time but this is not the way it should work.
I hope anyone can help me 
[I use an IPhone 11 with IOs 18.5 ]
I don’t have a fix for you but curious as to why you’re losing data. Should be able to save at least a week of data on device before it needs connection again.
I’m having the same issue. Several times a day I’m unable to connect. The error messages differ from screen to screen, but I too loose data. Examples are when trying to create a strength training workout or logging something in the journal.
It’s incredibly frustrating! Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem, It is very dificult to reconect. I have the samsung s25 ultra, what can I do to have a stable conection between the whoop and my ohone?
