Morning all.
Not often I go on a rant. But wowwwwwwzzzzzzaaa …Whoop has managed to turn a 5.0 upgrade into a complete saga - 18 emails in total; that got to the point of annoying me so much I physically get annoyed looking at the thing on my wrist everyday. But that’s not my question.
What else are people looking at? Outside of whoop?
This ecosystem isn’t for me; for the money I paid; I genuinely expect a company to care more. So I’ll vote with my money.

My reason to get whoop was the ECG & Blood Pressure monitoring, plus I love tech and wanted to see what Whoop was all about. I live in the Garmin world and have done for a long time. Garmin and Whoop seems very similar in regards to what it shows & monitors. Right now I am happy with Whoop and like to compare stats. For exercise I think Garmin is hands down better since it has it’s own built in GPS & Gyroscopes rather than trusting a phone but the rest is similar. I am two sleeps away from getting my health span. Garmin has my fitness age 10 years young than actual. I will be interested to see how Whoop performs.
I get the sense that I will have Whoop for one year only since Garmin does it all for free and Whoop doesn’t have much that that I would miss. What i wont miss from Whoop is app always open. no Dark/Light mode in the app and some very strange HR readings.
Some screenshoot’s from the website but looks the same on the phone
