After lunch, the data on my app seems to have reset to zero. After sleeping for the night, it is still showing bad data. Only awake for a couple of hours, with no exercise, and registers 1,804 calories, an hour’s sleep in the afternoon (it’s morning here), a five hour nap in the evening, no sleep metric info, no recovery metric info and 14.0 in strain. The heart rate data seems to be accurate overnight and after I woke up. I have reset the app and disconnected and reconnected the blue tooth. Still showing the same crazy data. What can be done? Thank you.
Hi @popsicle, thanks for the note. I’m going to try to break this one down into a few parts here to try to help.

When you say your data reset to zero… can you send over a screenshot of what you mean by that specifically?

For the piece about not seeing sleep metric info, not seeing a recovery metric, but seeing strain, can you show me an example of that so I can troubleshoot?
Thanks for the help!
Good morning. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I didn’t take a screenshot of the info being zeroed out. The sleep and recovery circles at the top of the screen just had no color in the circle and a 0% reading in them. I think the strain circle had around 3%. That was for approximately 20 hours. The calories readout on the dashboard just kept adding up all day. Finally, on the second morning ( the day after I had written you guys) everything went back to normal. I apologize for bothering you; but, it was very confusing and I wondered if I had somehow broken the Whoop. I work in masonry which can be extremely dusty, sweaty and tough physically. However, in however many years, I’d never had such a problem. Thank you for getting back to me. Have a great weekend. Tom
