Delivery issues and delay for whoop MG?

I ordered my Whoop MG Upgrade on May 12th and unfortunately I haven’t seen any updates in the delivery check Page. The status is still stuck at the first stage, “being processed.”
What further delay should I expect regarding the delivery?

hi, i made my order on the 8th and till now nothing has changed on the status of my order. they sometimes have contacted me to ensure they are following up but it seems they have been taking order with out any stock with in my opinion is very unprofessional. its a shame.

If you are in the US, I got mine from the Whoop Store on Amazon. Came the next day. Ordered May 10th. Maybe you can cancel and get from Amazon instead if they still have them available.

Same here, “waiting to be processed”.
I received a message today that the “SuperKnit Band Midnight MG” is currently out of stock, so that might also be the issue with you. They offered to send it to me without this and to reimburse me, although it would make more sense to me to change to another band given that I’m a member for 6 years already.. we’ll see if and when I get a response to my reply there :slight_smile:

You answer but with no actual proper feedback. I have been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks. You could have sent out the items that are in stock but rather then that you have been holding my whole order for 15 days.

You also came and offered me 2 weeks membership as compensation. I don’t want that I want my products I paid for or just refund me everything.

Your comments have nothing to do with the issues are speaking about.
