Does Whoop MG ship to Mexico? Conflicting answers from Support and website

Hi everyone, I have a quick question about shipping.

I recently purchased the new Whoop MG and asked Support via email if they ship to Mexico. They replied yes, but on the official Support page it clearly says they don’t ship to Mexico.

unsure what’s correct, and honestly, I’m wondering if the reply I got came from an AI agent.

Can anyone clarify if the new Whoop MG can actually be shipped to Mexico?

Hi @raulgil96, yes, we do ship to Mexico. Both WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG ship to Mexico, so either path you take you’ll be able to receive your device in Mexico. Thanks for writing in!
