Hi all,
I noticed a clearly negative effect of Sauna on my RHF / HFV with the former going from ~44 to 49 and the latter from ~80 to <60 after a 15 minutes sauna session the day before.
I’m surprised by these results with Whoop Coach AI telling me that other members mostly experience positive sauna effects.
Did anyone else observe negative sauna effects and does it mean I should refrain from sauna or is there some deeper recovery aspect not measured by Whoop?
