I subscribed to the WHOOP Peak membership about a week ago, on May 4. I saw the announcement regarding the WHOOP 5.0 launch and the updated upgrade policy.
Based on your statement that anyone who purchased or renewed a WHOOP 4.0 membership in the 30 days prior to May 8 will have the upgrade fee waived, I believe I should be eligible for a free upgrade to WHOOP 5.0.
Could you please confirm that this applies to my account and advise me on the next steps to receive the upgrade?

When I go to checkout, I do see the upgrade fee is waived, but then I am forced to select one of the upgrade options, with additional cost.
