I subscribed to the WHOOP Peak membership about a week ago, on May 4. I saw the announcement regarding the WHOOP 5.0 launch and the updated upgrade policy.
Based on your statement that anyone who purchased or renewed a WHOOP 4.0 membership in the 30 days prior to May 8 will have the upgrade fee waived, I believe I should be eligible for a free upgrade to WHOOP 5.0. this link seems to indicate the same
When I go to checkout, I do see the upgrade fee is waived, but then I am forced to select one of the upgrade options, with additional cost.
Could you please confirm that this applies to my account and advise me on the next steps to receive the upgrade?
