Is this normal for the MG? The metal part of the strap with the Whoop logo on pokes out and isn’t flush, unlike the old 4.0 version of the same band.
Is ayone else with an MG band able to confirm if this is normal or not? Doesn’t look good to me and my 4.0 version of this band wasn’t like this either.
That looks like a faulty band to me. I would reach out to support@whoop.com.
Yeah looks faulty to me also. Mine is flush, although does unclasp easily. Only ever had MG so can’t speak for the 4.0 but heard that clasped much better. So maybe just a bad design in general.
Thanks guys, I reached out to Whoop and they’ve processed a replacement. I agree though, the 4.0 clasp definitely feels more solid to me.
