Being a long time martial arts practitioner, I would love to see Tai Chi or Qi Gong being added to the Recovery activities, where Yoga and Meditation already reside. Millions of people around the globe practice those „inner martial arts“ regularly and I think it would fit extremely well in Whoop’s way of emphasising ways to a higher longevity.
