I ordered Whoop MG with 12 month membership. I connected my device to my existing and expired Whoop membership. My membership remains at Peak. I was then asked to submit payment details. I submitted but then I got charged for extension! I already bought Whoop MG with 12 month membership. Why I got charged for extension, and where is my Life membership?

One small improvement on your side would avoid a customer (such as myself) spending six hours trying to decode how to activate my Life membership and not being charged for extension. This would also avoid an overseas customer from making an hour or more international call to your call center to solve the issues (not to mention numerous emails to AI at Whoop with no satisfying response).
Such small improvement is to have a data base of Whoop device that comes with or without membership. The frustration on my side is that I am requested to justify and prove that Whoop MD I bought came with membership. The burden of proof is on my side…imagine if you have your own registry.
